Welcome to RCC! I may have misunderstood you, but if the only problem you're seeing is white crap in the oil fill tube, it might not be that big a deal to fix. White/brownish oily crud in the filler tube & under the cap is usually the result of condensation in the block, due to a malfunctioning stock crankcase ventilation system; an improperly modified crankcase vent system and/or not running the engine long enough to evaporate the condensation.

If "going through coolant" means your coolant level is going down, you have an external or internal leak somewhere, and will need to find out where. Hopefully something external & simple like a leaky hose or water pump seal. If it's internal, you're looking at a rebuild.
