You're not giving us enough information, so we can't give you a detailed answer...
"Diesel turbo" and "7psi" doesn't tell us jack shit. At minimum, we need to know: compressor wheel trim - inducer (minor) and exducer (major) wheel diameters turbine wheel trim - inducer (major) and exducer (minor) wheel diameters turbine A / R Until you can give us these specs, others are only going to give you a WAG... -Ted
