Bryan@BNR Rotary Fanatic Join Date: Feb 2008 Posts: 302 Rep Power: 18	Hoover and pelham are the worst about enforcement. In pelham I got ticketed for excessive smoking , and driving over a solid line and also improper muffler. WOW what other BS tickets are they willing to give? lol
