What's this piece called? "Help"

Those are the FTP (Flash To Pass) Lenses. Pick them up from your local Mazda dealership, junkyard, ebay ect.

FYI, North American spec lenses are just semi clear plastic, which the headlights can shine through when you hit the high beams with the pop ups down (or if you rig them up as driving lights as I did with my FC). Jspec lenses have bulbs in them, but I don't remember if NA spec cars had the wiring to connect them or not.
