i'd go with 14's, 15's or 16's since you'll get a better selection of tires that you are able to use. but that's just my opinion. And 13's wont clear GSL-SE brakes iirc.
Here's a set of wheels I was looking at for a while. Konig/Maxxim Remember. They come in 16x7 with a 25 offset. http://jlbmotorsports.com/rims/maxxim-list.html
