When I brought this up to my roommate last night he asked me if I tightened it down in the proper torque pattern, starting from the middle bolt and then alternating sides, which I hadn't. I'm wondering if that might be part of the problem. I might try putting this one back in there and tightening from the middle out, but I don't want to keep taking this thing back apart, it's time consuming and annoying haha.

How would I go about that though? Haha. You mean just stamp it out using a chisel or cut it with a dremel or something? I'm not sure if I showed you when you were here but I have hardly any space between the mani and housing, probably right around 1/8" or 1/16" with this spacer on. If I do make a spacer I'll have to make it a bit thinner so I can use a stock gasket on both sides like RotorDad said. What is your name btw RotorDad? LOL
