Simplest way is to remove entire rear suspension, rebuild, then reinstall.
I don't Know about the MMR bearings, but I don't see how they could remove the rear tow adjustment, the rubber bushings have the hole in the center. I have not done a DTSS delete, as my cars DTSS is not worn out yet and works very well. Sorry I can't help with that one.
