Good news is none of that is really as bad as it looks!
 ...except for the places on the rear bumper you werent sure of.. those spots look like a really bad half assed plastic repair attempt.  Your car looks pretty straight though. Im curious to see whats under the paint where you said the previous owner worked on it. sometimes those spots are tragically bad
