Help making custom oil lines for turbo

The RE Speed pedestal has 2 1/8 fittings on it.

I should have been more clear on the front cover. I am drilling out the hole for the return, and drilling and tapping the two holes for either the stock return fitting, or a T4 flange I am told will work just as well.

I am new to all this fitting lingo. It somehow is confusing to me. Also, will I need a restrictor pill for the feed line?
