Question: What is the max pad thickness with those stoptechs?

That's currently without brake ducts. Never have got around to fabricating any on this car. Not too concerned about it until I start looking into doing enduro's, but will probably get time(hopefully) sometime next year. It's on the list, but not high up on it.
