stock turbo is compatible with T3/4 parts. this means that with minor modifications, you can bolt up a T04B cold side to the factory center cartridge. It is common to swap the front side for a 60-1 hifi or H-trim T04B and keep stock turbine wheel and housing, which gives you a fast spooling 300whp. While its out, you will want to port the wastegate also, S4 especially. search, there are lots of threads on it
