I can look into it if you are really interested in such product. There might be some shops in Japan has such product, you never know what's out there.

Mazda makes one. It retails for ~$120 USD...when you can find it.

Atkins Rotary already make a "Rotary watch". It's a real rotor with a watch put into the middle. you can also get one with a housing attached as well. And all dirt cheap, too!

EDIT: Nevermind, that would be a rotary "clock". I am bilingual, and forgot that watch means "on your hand" not just any clock.
