Turbo versus non-turbo uses two different types of cruise control system.
The turbo one uses a linkage system, and I think the non-turbo uses a vacuum system? Best bet is to try and get the non-turbo cruise control to work... ...but, I think the throttle bodies are backwards between the two, so rigging it is going to take some creativity. -Ted
