Does anyone knows how much this car weight? It runs on gasoline or methanol? Haltech EFI?

Toyota Starlet " LA CECIL" from Puerto Rico, 13B PP EFI NA all motor 9.27 segs. @ 136 mph in the 1/4 mile.
