I replaced the wiper/turn signal cluster in my '85 today. The wipers still won't work. The fuse is good, the motor works. I'm going to get my buddy with wiring skills to look at it.
It must be a relay, which I thought was built into the cluster. If anyone has any ideas, let me know and I'll check it out.
