I'm confident to say that these are higher/better quality than Stance,Megan,Other Teins and such...but I'm willing to trade for lower spring rates. If not I'm also selling or I'll just keep them, no worries.

How would you go about removing/replacing the springs on these?
I'm thinking from the top comapared to stance where it looks like the bottom piece can be unscrewed by hand.
