i know they have one ceramic coating, maybe I just don't fully understand what constitutes ceramic. But I believe the coatings I have are different. They are a composite coating with includes gold, and some other oil shedding materials.

Just for a basic comparison, a DP will typically cost around 200-300 to get coated. I do not go directly to Polydyn so it may be different to go that route.
