lol, it IS plug and play, once you put everything in place you plug it all in and it WILL turn over, no wiring at all. It's a bitch but if I can do it with crappy tools then anyone can do it. I literally did everything you mentioned and I'm working on the new ECU.

stock TII motor with stock exhaust will pass smog all day. Just drive home, swap out exhaust and enjoy a fun TII vert. Just do it, you know you want to.
