Hello

I am an RX-7 lover, and I have been in love with RX-7's for what seems like forever. I own a 1985 RX-7 GSL, it has been slightly modified with a 4-port 13b dual carb engine. It also has hd sway bars, rear springs, adjustable front coil-overs, front strut brace, and front air dam. I can't wait till I can put some new wheels on it. I had a set of Kosei K1's that came with a car I bought for parts. But the rims were wrecked when I cartwheeled the car at over 100mph. I still have my baby and won't be repeating that again

Yeah, you can replace wheels. I'm glad you still have the car!

I like NA 4-ports - Welcome to the club.

Well I've had about 7 or 8 1st gens in the past and the wife made me get rid of them and when the last one went so did she. So poking around for a year found an 85 GSL that had never seen winter and only had two previous owners ( an old woman, and an older woman). so the car was in amazing shape!!! drove 9 hours with a good friend(who had a truck with a trailer hitch) handed the lady 2g's and proceded to do 4 concecutive dohnuts. It felt like i was finaly home where I belong : behind the wheel of an RX-7. It even had that distictive smell that only an RX-7 has, you know the one, pure RX-Heaven!!! So after 2 years, finaly found some rims and they were attached to an animal of a 7. 4 port 13b, dual weber carbs on a direct intake, R@B header 2 7/8" stainless pipe, with an ultra flow cat, tokiko rear springs, R@B front coil overs, R@B front and rear hd swaybars, Kosei K1 rims with 225/50R15's on the rear and 205/50R15's on the front. this car was loud and fast, everyone on the road wanted to race me, reving their crap ass piston engines like they could stand a chance. All I would do is goose the throttle once or twice and they would change their little minds. only got to race a couple of morons who ended up looking stupid trying to show off with a cute girl in the car. One guy in a turbo'd acura when he finaly got to the next light said "what the hell is in that thing" and his face dropped when I said a carbed 1.3L. I so love having an RX-7
