Thought I would mock up the 3.5" downpipe first before I figger where the wastegate is going to go.
I'm waiting on a 3.5" vband flange set which should be with me in the week so I can finish the downpipe when I have that ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

![]() Tonight I've managed to get the first wastegate pipe welded in on the manifold ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() On the second runner I'm going to come in from the otherside and bring them both togeather Last nights work ![]() Sorted both wastegate runners into a merge and the watsegate placement for feed back into the bottom of the downpipe. I couldn't find the vband to match the hotside so I rewelded a 3.5" one in place ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Here we go Nearly there now just a few welds to finish and then I can move onto the oil lines and fuel system. I did say above about routing the wastegate back into the downpipe..... Not much to report at the min, I've ordered all my fuel fittings and I now have my fuel pot
![]() ![]() Made a brace for the turbo ![]() And I've gotten the engine bay ready for my V mount ![]() I've had a local company re-weld my alloy rad so the spouts arent pointing towards the floor |
