Well here is another little update

I've trimmed and cut the holes for the rad and cooler

Maybe give some pointers to people who want to undertake some fiber glass work?
that duct looks excellent btw.

Ok lower duct is finished I stone chipped the duct to match my chassis legs which I did last year then a coat of Matt black

Once everything is in you can't really see the duct at all lol

But I do have plans for an upper duct I just need the balls to cut my bonnet or I need to find a plain OEM style glass fibre bonnet or a cheap as chips carbon one

Anyway onto the ram air ducting

Pic with the cooler out gives you a better idea

I also sealed the rad and later the cooler to the ducting with foam 7mm weather stripping to unsure air tight seal

Cold air intake pipe and filter sitting nice at the front of the ducting

Tiny update

Got most of my work out the way ready for tomorrow so this afternoon I started making a trans brace based on the "dragon design" but with more beef

11mm big daddy style





Quick coat of primer



Then the magic colour Black



Then she finds her way back onto my car

Ok guys not much doing my end

But I am planning ahead and making more room for my upper intercooler ducting

So out with the old slam panel and in with a new TGS one



I can now see 98% of the core win


From the photo above you can see my
Plates that I'm using to tie in the bonnet catch and more of them below with sexy welds





Not really a good photo I will get more tomorrow when I get some time to finish it I may even tie into the lower front intercooler mount for added strength... But even now it feels stronger than what I had left there after cutting to get the cooler in place

Not very acceptable no but I did a track day last year and didn't get black flaged

The gate does run a small silencer but I do have plans but long way off yet I will prob sort just before I get to nurburg ring in September

I went last month in a crappy honda accord type r and loved every min so I defo need to take mine on the next trip in September

Ok the bonnet catch bar is finished all I need now is my bonnet so I can start something mental

Well I have a week left till I can get some road tax and start mapping, in the meantime

I won this at weekend genuine Re amemiya super greedy rear bumper and carbon diffuser



And got on with testing fitting today and getting the rear end prepped ready for paint











And this is what I'm hoping she will look like once I'm done

I've not fully made my mid up on what I'm doing with the exhaust defo will be centre exit but I do like my TGS Dolphin but we will see

As for the bumper I'm keeping it the way re made it just seems right

Ok last night I got a few coats of 2pack primer on the rear if I have time I will kock this back tonight

It's all good, I got a PECTEL MQ12 ECU form them last week, its on its way to me, just need to make sure it turns up cause I already have the kuuunt on Ebay now hahahaha.

Don't want to sell it, but everything is for sale at the right price

If I got any hassle may need you to go there as a stand over man lol. They seem pretty don mega though.
