I've paid $0 to $150 for FBs all day long. Yet to get the free FC though, but I feel that day will come....

Get pics up! lol...

Yeah I got my FB for free and traded a 97 Prelude to a buddy for his bridgeported 87 TII and a 95 Jetta, but I had to pay for my FD haha.

I've also gotten a shitload of FC parts for free and paid $100 for a 13B and a ton of other FB parts.

It's a luck thing haha. The FB was sitting on my Uncle's farm out in the woods for about 6 years, it used to belong to my cousin and I still need her to get the title, but my Dad picked it up and it's sitting in his garage waiting for me to come get it and start working on it. The FC has a cracked rear iron so it spits oil when it's running, that is what I'll be working on next. I've sunk about $15k into the FD so far, with a little more coming from this deployment too, but it's almost finished. So it's not ALWAYS free haha.

Good find- it looks like the body is still in good shape. Spend a good few years and do a good job making it work instead of a slapstick job.

On the price thing, I paid good dime for my car and it helps me sleep at night knowing that my car is still worth more than individual parts.
