I've been looking for a nice deep blue to paint my 7 with and this might be it. I'm wanting to see one in person but the local dealerships don't have one in stock. Only black.

i'm not gonna lie, i sat in one at the toronto autoshow, and the seats were dynamite. I really wish i could get a set of those wheels to put on my seven... but i just about crapped my pants when i asked the dealership how much a set of wheels was. It was something like $1800... each

Hey - how as the ownership experience been so far?

I'm sick of my POS E39 M5 and considering just going to a local dealership that has a blue R3 and seeing what magic he can work.

Did you opt for the extended warranty, any reliability stigmas I should be aware of (other than the usual rotary black magic people believe in)?

Better yet...5? months later, are you still in love with it?

Its not bad car, i like it so far. Yes i did get the extended warranty.
So far it running good. got about 5k miles on it...

If i had to do it again i will still get the rx8 ..
