Primer

Spent most of the night doing this

Then time for some paint on the underside

At the moment it's looking like I might even have it on for Ten of the best on Sunday

So tomorrow after doing a land rover 101 I will colour sand and buff

Ok time for an update

I now drive the RX8 as a daily and I like it, so I'm turning the seven in to a full blown track car

So the work really starts now

The plan is

Full multi point cage
OBP brake bias peddle box
Seats
And maybe new ecu and dash

The cage

So onto the strip down

Brew time

I hate removing sound deadening

I'm not sure if the heated screen works with the rear switch but I don't know, I'm going to wire in a new timer relay for the screen

Ok update time

I got the main cage today fabricated ie the roof bars and cross fully welded both sides

We had to drop the cage through the floor to weld the top

Very happy with the way things are going, we had to notch the roof cross as they come as complete long bars but no problem
