Grind it down a little and re-spin it for the right threads! I plan on pulling my shifter out of the Cherokee tomorrow so I can die it for the M12x whatever the RX8 5spd knob is....

Yeah thought about that too but it is a little after the fact. Plus the price of that Mazdaspeed shift knob is crazy!

I will get some better pics of my current shift knob...it doesnt look bad, I just had shitty pics f*ckers

Leave the Mazdaspeed knob alone, re-die the threads on the shifter.... but it is a GM product so be careful, it might snap in half when you apply 6-7ft/lbs to spin the die.

Me-3.5 rebuilds in 9 mo's from stupid shit.....

Probably had the engine out near 10 times in one year. Then again, single handed its 3 hrs from the time I drive the car into the garage till the time the engines on the stand
