Ok everything on the tank is finished

Level sensor fitted this will switch on a small red light on the dash once the level is below halfway

Tank holds 3.5ltrs

For your 6mm nylon tubing here is a trick to make it more PRO (lol)

Put a piece of electrical wire up it (to stop tube from collapsing) and heat it up gently with a heat gun and BEND it to suit your application it then stays in position perfectly and looks sick as fuck

I have mine routed in all kinds of places, and in hot environments I sleeve it as well. Little tricks you learn over 20 years

It took me a few try's as I kept getting the cable stuck in the tube, but then I found if I lubed the wire and moved it while heating I could bend away

Photo shows water feed pipe from the sump with nice long 90 bends


Water level sensor loom all sorted with waterproof fittings

Little update

Have put my order in for a nice large intercooler but she is going to take around 30-40 days after that the car should be done

Tonight I got to work making up a shot blasting cabinet

Then I stuck the red upper and lower cosmo manifolds in there









Then a quick clean up of the logo





This has to be the best tool I've made/bought no more sending stuff out to be cleaned.

I'm going to keep the manifold this way now as it matches my turbo

You might want to clear coat the manifolds, as they can oxidize over time.

Few more shots of a quick mock up of the intake system, I will be removing this lot again to apply the heat treatment sheets to the lim and under the upper

Quick update nothing big

I have the intercooler sized up and ready to be made now so soon as that's ready I should be back on the road

I am still on the look out for a GM 3bar map sensor

Anyways after cleaning up the intake I had to redo all the heat shielding so that's what I've been upto this afternoon

This stuff is great developed for Porsche I'm using it here to stop as much heat entering the loom and fuel lines





Then onto using the speed shield on the water lines and fuel lines

Vulcan heat shield beanie for the turbo I will also be boxing in the manifold with this I'm hoping with a duct to the front or underside of the front flat floor
