Check eBay for gaskets...

You'd need to go to a Mazda dealer in Japan to get the Cosmo water pump.
This is why we swap the whole waterpump housing + water pump to an FC or FD unit.

As for internals...
I can't claim the rotors are identical, but Kouki FC turbo or FD rotors are identical in weight and compression ratio.
The bearings are not the same - FD rotors bearings are the deepest of all the rotary motor variants.
The FD stat gear 9-hole bearings are also better than the 3-window Cosmo ones.
Really minor differences, and they can all be swapped over...
