Ceramic Coated Intake Manifold
4 Attachment(s)
I am selling my ceramic coated upper and lower intake manifold. There were bought to install on my car. I went with the a different lower intake and my car is still not done.
The ceramic coating is stated by the person I bought these from, "Satin Coatings have been tested to exceed over 2000 degrees Fahrenheit without any damage such as lifting, cracking or flaking." These parts are used. Then have not been installed on a car after the ceramic coating. I am asking $125 + shipping. |
Nice. I'm actually getting mine done right now. Well, the LIM will be ceramic but the UIM and all other intake air passages will be powder, but all black. If I hadn't already dropped off my UIM to get done I'd pick this up from you. GLWS.

I'm very interested as well.

I will see if I can find out who did the coating. I bought these from another forum that had a group buy going on a few years back.

Do you still have the missing stud for the lower manifold? Was it coated in that hole, and if so, have you tried screwing a stud into it? I had a problem previously where bolt holes were coated and it was a pain in the ass.

These were done by IR Performance. They are ocated in Metuchen, NJ
I do not have the stud. I have not tried to install a stud. Anything that is paint or coated that has threads I have always ran a thread chaser first. I have not installed this on my car so I did not even run a chaser in them as I was not a t a point to install on my car. |
