Wait, are you talking about reinstalling the upper arms onto the car or putting the bushings in the arm?
I didn't have too many problems with installing the bushings. I used sockets and a vise. When I tried to use the press on the rear lower arms I bent one of the arms. So I bent it back and then had it x-ray'd for cracks haha.

+1 to the diff bushings. I did those a couple years ago i used Noltec rear diff bushings.
Reinstalling them the bushings are in as you can see from the pic

. I'll have to take a pic of what i'm talking about. I was hopping everything would just slide back in place so far that is not the case. Everything seems to fit tighter then a glove.
