Agreed. They already sell a seat mount that mounts to the OEM passenger seat and can be easily accessed while sitting in the drivers seat. Unfortunalely, that option only works if you still have OEM seats.
The trunk mount is an alternative if you have aftermarket seats and dont have a roll cage, or it could be used to hold a second extinguisher.

Below is what our passenger seat mount looks like installed. The seat retains it's full range of motion and does not interfere with passengers legs.
Accessing the extinguisher in the rear hatch should only add a few seconds to the process. We will be making videos to demonstrate removal of each with a timer.
