yes because it will physically work.
no because the aas and stock shocks are not designed for lowering springs, therefore you would be advised to upgrade to kyb or the like which is designed for stuff like that a bit better. This would delete the system. If you want to put springs on the AAS shocks, then power to you, it will work.
