Many people have.
I don't remember who makes it. But someone makes a distributor, so you can carb the 20b. I was thinking it was Atkins or Racing Beat, but i'm not to sure anymore. There's also a few 3 carb webers floating around on eBay that were intended for porches and a few other cars that could be nice if modified a bit.
