No reason to go drilled / slotted / etc. on a street set-up, unless you just like wearing down your brake pads faster.
Non-drilled, non-slotted actually give you better brake performance due to more brake rotor surface area. Only if you're the type hey-look-at-may-cool-brake-rotors, then get those things... I try to get Brembos is possible - I believe they are made down in South America nowadays? Some of the aftermarket OEM replacement are actually rebadged Brembos - forget who does this though... The guys in The Lounge were talking about StopTech being crap nowadays, so I see no reason to recommend them. -Ted |
