This is how mine turned out, and I like your end tanks better lol.
Thanks buddy!

I wanted to use sheet metal and make all the transitions nice and rounded etc.

I like the entry/exit points on yours, that's what I was originally thinking/wanting to do with mine. The pipe routing just wasn't working out with my turbo placement.

Well I think it still turned out pretty well. I like how yours is more direct from the turbo to the IC and not angled like mine. Speaking of, I didn't really want mine like that either, but I was under space constraints as well, so I definitely understand what you mean. I want to do clamps like you're using too but I'm not brave enough yet lol.

EDIT: See, this is what I want for end tanks lol. But I like how yours are simple and clean, without all the frankenstein welds that mine have lol.

Don't get me wrong I'm happy with how it turned out, but there are always ways to do things better

Something along this line is what I wanted to do.

Several reasons. Firstly being packaging space. I wanted to make sure I had enough room to run my air filter into fresh air.

Secondly intercoolers loose efficiency the wider you go. If I went wider, in order to get one that would be able to handle the upper range of my flow rate would have made it prohibitively tall. So I kept it as short (width) wise as I could and increased the depth to bring it above my needs for flow. Also wanted to keep the overall volume of the system as low as possible to help with boost response.

Also.... if you get up here early enough on the 20th, I sense some dimple dieing and powdercoating
Is there a reason to get rid of the Greddy? Does it leak at higher pressures?

Dimple dieing perhaps. I wanted to ceramic coat the piping though. Also kinda want to get it running and make sure it doesn't have a pinhole somewhere before coating

Yea that'a s professional fabricator for a race team, so you would expect the quality to be high, but it's nice to have something to shoot for
