Instrument cluster not working is usually due to some idiot mucking up the wiring under there - if you're running an alarm or aftermarket stereo, this is not a surprise.
Automatic seatbelts? Take it to the Mazda dealer - there is a recall on them. Warning cluster not working? Common problem - cold solder joints needs to be redone. -Ted
