I don't know about aftermarket pre-manufactured fuel rails, I know you can buy fuel rail and a special drill bit and make your own.
The stock s5 fuel rail is pretty good. Be careful of Stainless steel lines. If properly installed, they are Ok, but they have a nasty tendency to spring leaks at very inopportune times.

I usually buy the bungs and TIG them on. Makes for tighter fitting fittings. Any machine shop will be able to tap them. I would be worried about drilling holes for injectors though. Without a proper bit/polishing of the bore, you're likely to tear and o-ring or have the potnetial for leaks

http://www.skernracing.com/fuelrails.html I've made my own and used a few different aftermarket rails. If you haven't made them before just buy them pre-made and save yourself some headaches. Summit and Jegs are hard to beat on their -AN prices. Their house brands are less expensive but I have had issues with the Summit brand leaking. I'll usually pay the markup and stick with Earl's because I know I'm getting a quality part. With the S4/5 you can have the Bosch injectors setup with a pintle cap that allows them to fit in the stock manifold without the need for sleeves or a wad of o-rings to get them to seal correctly. Marren sells these injectors as their "Pro-Import" injectors at a serious markup. If you have a competent injection shop close by you can take a regular "domestic" Bosch EV1 injector and have the pintle cap changed to replicate the Denso injector for a stock fit with the stock injector grommets.

If you decide to make your own fuel rail, make sure you use the appropriate size ream bit. Also, radius the leading edge of the hole to allow the o-ring to squeeze in. Cratex bits work great for this, as well as the polishing Titanium mentioned.

can you not just get an fitting adaptors for the Stock S4 turbo rails? Something like 12x1.25-to-AN size and then use fittings and lines?
