You could Google it, but they basically just adjust how much fuel is put in. They do work on N/As.

Like M5ABaby says, by intercepting and altering the signal from the air flow meter to the ECU, the AFC fools the ECU and basically allows one to alter the air-fuel mixture. You should have the car tuned by someone who understands these things. Otherwise, you may hose the engine by setting an incorrect air flow correction factor into the AFC.

Suggestion: Send a private message to the seller to arrange payment.
