So far so good with the new set-up. Thanks to My5ababy (Robert) for donating an FC fuel pump to experiment with. Pressure appears to be consistent, car never starves for fuel not even in the HIGH RPMs, and pressure is bypassed once car is cut off. The pump doesn't seem to be overworked which is probably due to the over sized return line, and is quiet. Overall I'm pleased with this and happy the only major purchases were the regulator and pluming. I'll post pics whenever I get some more free time.

Glad to hear it's working. I wasn't sure what to expect with that pump considering it's been sitting for some time.
