Once you have the OEM gasket, as mentioned, it shouldn't need replacing unless it becomes damaged during a disassembly, or an exhaust leak causes a portion to burn off.

They're very high quality and to be honest, I wouldn't trust running an aftermarket one for something like this. For the $40, you'll be cursing yourself if the aftermarket one blows out in 10,000kms.
