The needle looked like the DB. Threw me off my bad. My old HKS 60mm gauges looked like these.

Hey, don't worry about it...
Very few people know the vintage HKS stuff. ![]() I think HKS kept the guts of the gauges, but changed the bezels and faces. The DB series came out after all the funky font gauges. Quote:
Prior to that, the HKS gauges were all white graphics, and I don't believe there were any peak / hold type. Those gauges predate the one posted by the OP. Side note, if you're lucky, the part number should still be taped onto the gauge body itself. HKS used silver foil tape that had black stamped alpha numeric that all gauges should have. Most times this label is still on the gauge, unless someone peeled it off on purpose. -Ted |
