Its a 48 DHLA (sidedraft).
If you don't have a return regulator then just cap the return for now. I run the vent line into the middle iron nipple and have a PCV valve attached to the oil filler nipple with vacuum on that. Don't run vacuum advance since I improved my ignition. Was that third cable for cruise control? Not sure what you want to do with that.
