I know on stock ports, 200 is considered big power. And a street port doesn't give you tons of improvement.
I'd say that a 13B with an aggressive street port, headers, exhaust, and all the bells and whistles, and a good tune might not give you what you are looking for, but it'd make for an FB that will spank a lot of the competition. The stock 12A's aren't very high in power.
