I take it these are to be used without the sleeves?
Do you have any pictures or make any that are actuating and functional?

correct...These are to be used without the stock sleeve.
There are a few shops that offer what you are looking for ..I would start with Pineapple or Atkins.

Actually, what I am using are the sleeves with Devcon putty. However, this does look to be a very good option for someone who would want there 5/6 ports open all the time.
