those seats are NOT gonna cut it if you plan to generate any real grip. go for a kirkey/ultrashield roadrace seat, they hold amaaazing, and are comfy are cheap.

they actually have really deep swells and with the 5pt harnesses im going to run they will hold me perfect and are alot cheaper lol (budget build kid one the way means not so much money for car)

I would think the plastic would be slick? Also go 6pt harness, unless you like crunching your nuts so that you can eliminate the possible hip-rotation that a 5-pt makes possible.
