R u running a stock motor or rebuilt motor? The reason why i ask is because if it a rebuilt motor and u use after market apex seal spring that can cause what u are describing when ur trying to start. I have a great carb tuner he's coming in to Chicago at the end of July maybe he can check it out for u.
