Following two Sheriff cars and one bringing up the rear from the lake to the gas station basically...

sucked.

I ran into a bunch of RX-8 owners at the lake and followed them back to the station running... 25-30mph with the escort. I also talked to a biker who said the THP had set up at the bridge before the lake and after the lake earlier in the day. I never saw them since all my runs were to the lookout and back except the last one.

I'll try and post some more later man. Right now I'm beat. It drizzled a little around 10:30 this morning but the rest of the day has been warm and sunny. In other words, my face is sunburned...

those are perfect understeering conditions (depending on what "DRIZZLE" means). Be careful.

I've been hunting for info about Janna's vehicle also, I got a text message earlier today..."Yeah I just wrecked the heck out of my car" ...but no other details.
I didn't realize she took the FC up there instead of the 8.

Sorry about the weather rolling through, but I'm sure you will all make the best of it and hopefully it will clear out by tomorrow.

I know what you mean kevin. Me and a couple of the knoxville cre rolled through the dragon between 7pm and 9pm and saw a few 8's, a small line of fc's and fd's and that was it....and that was after we watched a Land-air truck head down from teh NC side down thru the TN side. But the rain kept us from doing much other than heading almost to the hellbender.
