i was up there sat night, and last i checked riding mini bikes on a public road is illegal, especially if you are using flashlights for headlights. but i knew i was gonna catch hell for that statement.

I'm going to have to agree with this. Granted, I don't want to say it's OK to endangre the minibikes... but they're assuming a huge risk by just doing what they're doing. I think it's pretty idiotic, but that's their choice.
