Pro jay manifolds

I hav a 88 13b rotary bridgeported and I need the Bridgeport pro jay manifold to match, but can't seem to find it anywhere. Any help finding the right manifold would be appreciated.

Did you reached out to Jay? He is very helpful, hard to contact every now and then, but he does return phone calls.
