Removing the power steering

Personally, I would remove it.

It will not cost you anything to get rid of it, so it fits the budget. You will be freeing up power with one less belt taxing your engine, and you will be marginally lighter without the pump. I'd say it's an all win scenario without power-steering. And just think how ripped your arms are going to be after countless hours on the track with the good 'ol armstrong steering. Bonus points with the ladies
