Welcome! Nice setup, almost like mine.
How much do the 750cc flow? I'm thinking of doing first gen primaries instead of 750s. What boost were you running when you made 275whp.

They claim 750cc but I have seen post claiming RC promotes them as 750s but the actually flow a little close to to 720 though I have nothing to confirm this. The RTek 1.8 is set up for 720s all around but you don't have the ability to tune any of the settings. You must run at least 720cc all around. 1st gen primaries are claimed on the forums to be 720s but really only flow any where from 696up to as much as 725. If I were to do this over again I would not change a thing. It is VERY important to run 720cc injectors with the RTek 1.8 or you will run the risk of going lean. I run the factory TMIC and at 10 to 12 psi the wide band (I have an Innovate wide band to the meter on the A-pillar) it ran the exact same reading as the dyno's wideband. I broke the engine trying to get just one last run inI new I needed gas cause it was low but made the run anyway. The pump sucked air and the engine stumbled. Just as I was letting off the throttle that was the end of my year. Last edited by 2713ddddavid; 04-21-2008 at 11:17 PM. |
